      The Highlandric stainless steel filter element series is an essential coarse filter element in the system, typically installed at the hydraulic pump's suction port to protect the pump, extend its service life, and prevent the pump from ingesting larger metal particles, rubber seal debris, or other contaminants. It is important to note that to avoid cavitation in the hydraulic pump, the pressure loss must be carefully considered, and an appropriate mesh precision should be selected. If necessary, a bypass valve can be configured for the filter element based on operational requirements. When the filter element becomes clogged or the pressure reaches 0.03 MPa, the bypass valve automatically opens to prevent pump suction starvation and damage, significantly reducing the risk of equipment failure.
