These high-quality, highly reliable filter elements are widely used in different hydraulic systems.
The Highlandric suction oil filter is an essential coarse filter in hydraulic systems, typically installed at the hydraulic pump inlet to protect the pump and extend its service life by preventing larger contaminants (such as metal particles or rubber debris from seals) from entering. To avoid cavitation in the hydraulic pump, pressure loss must be carefully considered, and the appropriate filtration rating should be selected. If required by operating conditions, the filter can be equipped with a bypass valve, which automatically opens when the filter becomes clogged or the pressure reaches 0.03MPa, preventing pump starvation and significantly reducing the risk of equipment damage.
